Finally implemented map animations! You can now add animations to your maps to spice things up. Animations can be implemented by creating a map event action called "play_animation". You give it the name of the animation to play (located in "resources/animations/tileset"), the duration of each frame, and the tile location to draw the animation. Currently all map animations will drawn over the player. In the future you'll be able to specify whether or not you want the animation to be drawn above or below the player.
