A good place, in my opinion, would be Codecademy. It's a 100% free site that offers interactive tutorials on a number of languages, though only ones that relate to web development, sadly. I wish they had C++ and Squirrel there, but whatever. They do have Python, so if anyone wants to brush up and help code, this is the place to go. I'm working on the Python course, myself, so I'll be able to start coding soon.
More resources by me.
Codecademy is an awesome place to get started with Python. After you've learned the basics there, there's also some pretty good tutorials on how to use Pygame here: http://inventwithpython.com/pygame/index.html
