Hello, everybody! I have recently started working on the sprites in Trainer_Sprite_Spree_by_Oniwanbashu.png. I don't have much to say, other than here's what I've got so far:Both are modified. I don't know that they're useable yet. And I am still working on more of those sprites. Let me hear some input!

Hey josepharaoh99, those look great but unfortunately I think Oniwanbashu's sprites are not usable in the project. It says here that they're under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike, but that licence isn't compatible with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence that a lot of our contributions use.
But maybe you could approach Oniwanbashu and ask her to release her sprites under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence instead?

Some Public Domain ones from this page: http://forums.therockmanexezone.com/topic/8832392/1/
One is too large, but can be resized. Obviously, both are of the same character, but I think it could go good as a rival, which could have different poses at different times.
Hi josepharaoh99, thanks for tracking those down.
My only concern is that they look very similar to the official sprites for Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen. I worry that the creator of those sprites traced over the official sprites instead of creating new ones from scratch.
I see the criticism thread has been closed, and I don't want to keep it going. But I have something I need to say about the Tuxemon concept. Please don't reply to me, since shadowApex closed the post. But what i want to talk about is the concept of capturing Tuxemon to free them - or whatever. What i really planned in my idea was that the main wrong of the cathedral wasn't mistreating the strong Tuxemon, but instead keeping them captive from the public. So the goal is not necessarily just to free Tuxemon, but instead free them for all the common people to enjoy (not just the special, rich politicians or whatever). In a plan like this, omnichannel can be compared to copyright, while the common people are compared to open source.
Also, I have thought about the concept of mistreating Tuxemon. It is true that omnichannel is mistreating the Tuxemon, which is the reason to free them to the public. But it kinda seems mean to make your Tuxemon fight each other until one faints.
Just a thought.
Oh, sorry, I just don't recognize pokemon sprites well enough. I'll just have to keep looking.
